During sale periods, delivery times may vary due to a high volume of orders. Please allow up to 5 days for dispatch.

** Delivery times may exceed the 5 business days for more remote countries.

Returns + Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY

  • We refund all full priced items.

  • Items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this timeframe may be denied.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and must not be used.

  • Once OH HEY! has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.

***OH HEY! reserves the right to deny a return if it is evident that the item has been used, dirtied or damaged. If we decide that the item has not been returned in its original condition, the item will be returned to you. You will be notified via email if your returned item does not qualify for a refund.

  • Please allow 2 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by OH HEY!. You will be notified once the transaction has been processed via the email address that the order was placed with. Refunds will be issued to the credit card, PayPal or Stripe account that the payment had originally come from.

  • Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.

***We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as OH HEY! cannot issue a refund on items that are not received. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items

EXCHANGES

Due to our products frequently selling out, we cannot process an exchange for you. If you require a replacement colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All Final Sale Items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Any Final Sale Items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.

RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR A FAULTY ITEM?

If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our team at ohhey@ohheystore.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.

EXTRA INFO

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to OH HEY!.

OH HEY! will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where OH HEY! may have made an error.
