How long will it take for my order to arrive?

How do I know you have received my order?
After you place your order, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address once it has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email or your order is not visible in your account page, please ensure that the email has not been sent to your Junk Mail.
How can I track my order?
As per our shipping policy, orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there.
Please note that orders sent via Standard International Post are not trackable.

Can I pay for my order in a foreign currency?
Yes. We accept payments in AUD, USD, GBP and NZD.
My product has arrived faulty or damaged, what do I do?
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us asap at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure that you can receive compensation.
Please take photos showing the damage and contact us within 14 business days of receiving your delivery.
What are your earrings made from?
Each earring has a different composition but generally we work with 925 Sterling Silver, 18K Gold Plating, Stainless Steel and Eco Friendly Alloy. All our products are created without lead, mercury or nickel and are cadmium and phthalates free.
